Rates & Info General Information
- Season begins May 4 and ends October 8.
- Rates are based on a family of 2 adults and 2 children (up to age 21).
- Security gates will be operational starting May 6.
- Office hours will vary during the early and late season: please note posted times.
- Daytime visits are always allowed prior to opening day, but please, no overnight stays until May 4, 2012.
Pricing Categories
Category A $4,000.00 (7% $280.00) = $4,280.00
Sites 200-200I, Z-Section, 2A – 15A, 16, 17, 18, 19, 22, 24, 30, 36, 37, 39, 40, 42, 43, 45, 47, 94, D, E, F, P-Section, Pine Grove, X-Section, 41S, 1M-11M, Main Road sites 52-70M.
Category B $3,700.00 (7% $259.00) = $3,959.00
All other sections not listed above
An electricity deposit of $100 will be added to all seasonal reservations; cable connections and WiFi (where available) are included in the seasonal rate.
Payment Schedule
September 1, 2011 $500 deposit due for 2012 reservation (non refundable)
March 1, 2012 $500 payment due (non refundable)
May 5, 2012(Saturday) Remaining balance due. Must be postmarked or submitted before 9pm.
All payments must be made prior to occupying the site for 2012.
A $25 fee will be added for any returned checks.
Late Payments
September 2, 2011 Payments received or postmarked after September 1, 2011 will be subject to a late fee of $300.
Payment and late fee must be received by October 1, 2011 or the site must be vacated by October 15, 2011.
March 2, 2012 Payments received or postmarked after March 1, 2012 through April 1, 2012 will be subject to a $300 late fee.
If payment is not received by April 1, 2012 the site must be vacated by April 30, 2012.
May 5, 2012 Payments received or postmarked after May 5, 2012 will be subject to a $ 300 late fee.

If a site balance is not paid in full by June 15, 2012, the site in question must be vacated.
All late fees are due with the scheduled payment.
