Unit Swap Request New Unit Request Form This form is intended for current seasonal campers who would like to change out their current unit with a new unit on the same site. This is a request and must have management approval prior to unit adjustments. Management must approve all unit swaps before anything can take place. We need to make sure that the unit will be able to fit on the current site. Unit swaps are only allowed to happen between season opening day and peak season start (excluding Memorial Day Weekend) and between Tuesday after Labor Day Weekend and closing day; between the hours of 8am and 6pm. We allow absolutely no unit swaps - removing a unit or bringing a unit in - during peak season or when the grounds are closed for the winter. You must speak with the office to coordinate dates and times to remove the old unit and bring in the new unit. Pad flips for new incoming units will be based solely on the time of year the old unit and removed and the timeframe until the new unit will be coming in.
